“Why don’t you greet me?” the lieutenant colonel called out to the young woman, but he had no idea who was standing before him… 😱😱

That day, the military unit was unusually quiet. The soldiers stood on the parade ground, neatly lined up, waiting for the lieutenant colonel to arrive.

Everyone knew this man loved power and attention and demanded unconditional obedience. They feared him—not for his strength, but for his cruelty and arrogance. He often humiliated his subordinates, looking for an excuse to punish them, and no one had the courage to contradict him.

A few minutes later, the roar of an engine sounded outside the gate. A military SUV drove onto the grounds, kicking up a cloud of dust.
The unit commander shouted:

“Get ready! Attention!”

Everyone froze and greeted their superior. But at that moment, a young woman in military uniform walked calmly across the square. Young, confident, with a light step. She held her helmet in her hands and didn’t even look at the lieutenant colonel.

He saw her immediately—and felt a pang of anger. He hit the brakes, rolled down the window, and leaned forward to shout: “Hey, soldier! Why won’t you greet me? Are you out of your mind? Do you even know who I am?!”

The girl looked him straight in the eye.
“Yes, I know who you are,” she replied without a trace of fear.

Her brazen, as he thought, reaction enraged the lieutenant colonel. He jumped out of the car and began shouting, cursing her, hurling threats and insults. The soldiers strained—no one dared to intervene.

But it was at that moment that the defenseless girl did something that shocked the lieutenant colonel. 😲😱 Continued from the first reaction 👇👇

But suddenly the girl said in a calm voice:

“I’m not obligated to salute anyone below me.”

“What did you say?!” The lieutenant colonel was stunned. “Have you seen my shoulder straps? I’m a lieutenant colonel!”

She stepped closer and spoke clearly:

“And I’m a colonel responsible for internal investigations. And I’ve come here on orders from the Ministry to determine exactly how you ‘serve’. Too many complaints have been filed against you. They all allege the same thing: you abuse soldiers.”

The lieutenant colonel’s face paled. He froze, speechless. The girl crossed her arms and added with a cold smile:

“Why are we watching and not saluting? Another transgression on your part.”

A deathly silence descended on the parade ground. No one dared to move—only the lieutenant colonel stood there, lost, unsure for the first time of what to say.
