Before meeting Sheikh Omar, Emma was an ordinary young woman from a poor Russian family. She studied during the day and worked as a waitress at a luxurious five-star hotel in the evenings. It was there that she met the man who would change her destiny forever.
Omar was incredibly wealthy, powerful, and accustomed to getting everything he wanted. But the modest young waitress captured his heart. Soon, he proposed, and Emma, deeply in love, accepted.
Their wedding took place in a magnificent palace. Hundreds of guests, golden decorations, luxurious flowers… Everything looked like a real fairy tale.
But just before they signed the marriage contract, Omar suddenly stopped the ceremony.
“Emma, before you become my wife, you must agree to one condition.”
The young woman smiled nervously.
“What condition, my love?”
The sheikh looked directly into her eyes.
“You must give me one child every year until our oldest son turns eighteen.”
Emma turned pale. But because she believed in Omar’s love, she convinced herself that he would eventually change his mind.
And she signed the contract.
In their first year, their son Adam was born. In the second year, they welcomed a daughter, Mia. In the third year, another son, Leo, arrived.
Three children in three years.
Emma adored her babies, but her body was exhausted. She barely slept, constantly felt weak, and increasingly dreamed of having just one peaceful year to recover.
Then came the fourth year.
And for the first time, Emma couldn’t get pregnant.
Every month, Omar summoned the family doctor and asked the same question.
“Any news?”
“Not yet, sir.”
Each time, the sheikh’s expression grew colder.
One day, trembling with fear, Emma finally asked him:
“Omar… What will happen if I can’t have any more children?”
Her husband stared at her for a long moment before answering.
“You remember perfectly well what you signed.”
Then he walked out of the room.
From that day forward, Emma lived in constant fear.
When only a few days remained before their fourth wedding anniversary, she noticed something strange happening inside the palace.
The servants avoided looking her in the eyes. Omar spent hours speaking with unfamiliar people behind closed doors, and the palace manager suddenly ordered the grand hall to be prepared.
On the evening of their anniversary, the sheikh gathered his entire family, the servants, and several important guests in the hall.
Emma entered, holding her oldest son’s hand.
“Omar, what’s happening?” she whispered.
Her husband slowly rose from his seat.
“Today marks four years since you made me a promise. And for the first time, you have broken it.”
Emma felt her knees begin to buckle.
“Please… It’s not my fault…”
But Omar raised his hand, silencing her.
Then he turned toward the palace manager and gave an order that plunged the entire hall into complete silence.
And when Emma realized what her husband was about to do to her and their three children, she couldn’t hold back her tears… 😱💔

Emma stood frozen, holding Adam’s little hand.
Her husband had just reminded everyone that she had broken the condition of their marriage contract.
And now he had given an order in front of the entire household.
“Bring them in,” Omar said.
The doors opened.
Three unfamiliar men entered the hall, followed by an older woman dressed in an elegant black suit.
Emma’s heart began pounding.
“Who are these people?” she whispered.
Omar didn’t answer.
The older woman approached the sheikh and bowed respectfully.
“Everything is ready, Your Highness.”
Emma looked around desperately. Even the servants seemed frightened.
“Omar, please!” she cried. “Whatever punishment you’ve decided on, don’t involve our children!”
For the first time that evening, something changed in her husband’s expression.
“Punishment?” he repeated quietly.
Emma’s eyes filled with tears.
“You said I had broken my promise. You’ve been meeting strangers for weeks. You’ve barely spoken to me. What else am I supposed to think?”
Omar stared at her.
Then he turned toward the older woman.
“Tell her.”
The woman stepped forward.
“My name is Dr. Nadia Hassan. I am the director of a private medical foundation.”
Emma blinked.
“A medical foundation?”
“Yes. Your husband contacted us three months ago because he was concerned about your health.”
Emma looked at Omar in disbelief.
“My health?”
“Your medical examinations showed that your body was under considerable strain after three pregnancies in such a short period. You need proper rest and medical attention.”
Emma’s lips trembled.
“But Omar kept asking the doctor whether I was pregnant.”
The woman glanced toward the sheikh.
“He did. But he was also asking something else.”
Emma turned to her husband.
“What?”
Omar lowered his eyes.
“Whether another pregnancy could put your health at risk.”
The entire hall fell silent.
Emma could barely breathe.
“Then why didn’t you tell me?”
Omar remained quiet for several seconds.
“Because I was ashamed.”
The powerful sheikh, a man who had never apologized in front of his servants, looked directly at his wife.
“When I demanded eighteen years of children, I thought I was continuing my father’s legacy.”
He took a slow breath.
“My father had a large family. He always told me that a powerful man should leave behind as many heirs as possible. I grew up believing that having children was the greatest proof of a man’s success.”
Emma wiped her tears.
“And what changed?”
Omar looked toward their three children.
“Three weeks ago, Adam asked me a question.”
Emma frowned.
“What question?”
“He asked why Mommy was always tired.”
Omar’s voice began to shake.
“He said, ‘Daddy, can you buy Mommy some new energy? You buy everything else.'”
Emma covered her mouth.
She remembered that morning. Adam had found her sitting on the bedroom floor, too exhausted to stand immediately.
She had smiled and told him she was simply tired.
She never imagined he would remember.
Omar continued.
“That night, I stood outside your bedroom. I watched you sleep with Leo beside you. You looked so pale, Emma. And I realized that while I was counting the children you had given me, I had stopped seeing what you were going through.”
Tears rolled down Emma’s cheeks.
“Then why did you act so coldly?”
“Because I didn’t know how to admit that I had been wrong. Instead of speaking to you, I hid behind meetings and arrangements. I made you even more frightened.”
He turned toward the palace manager.
“Bring the children to their grandmother for a moment.”
Emma hesitated, but Omar gently shook his head.
“They’re safe. I promise.”
After the children left, Omar approached his wife.
“Emma, I asked everyone to gather tonight because I wanted the people who witnessed our marriage agreement to witness something else.”
He looked toward the three men standing near Dr. Hassan.
“They are legal advisers. They’ve prepared the cancellation of that condition in our marriage contract.”
Emma stared at him.
“Cancellation?”
“Yes. You will never again be expected to have a child to satisfy a promise you made out of fear of losing me.”
Her knees weakened.
“But… our marriage?”
Omar gently took her hands.
“Our marriage doesn’t depend on how many children you give me.”
Emma began crying.
For four years, she had believed that her place in the palace depended on her ability to fulfill an impossible demand.
Now, for the first time, her husband was telling her otherwise.
But Omar wasn’t finished.
“Dr. Hassan has arranged medical care for you, entirely according to your wishes. And I’ve made another decision.”
He turned toward the palace manager.
“Starting tomorrow, Emma will have complete freedom to travel, study, work, or do anything she wishes. The children will have the care they need, and she will never have to ask my permission to pursue her own dreams.”
Emma looked at him through her tears.
“You remember that I wanted to finish university?”
Omar nodded.
“I remember everything. I simply forgot that the woman I married had dreams long before she became my wife.”
The older woman smiled.
But Emma remained silent.
Finally, she spoke.
“Omar, I love you. But I need you to understand something.”
“Anything.”
“I don’t want gifts to make me forget what happened. I want a husband who listens to me. Someone I can disagree with without being afraid.”
Omar nodded slowly.
“Then I must earn your trust again.”
He apologized to her in front of everyone, without making excuses or asking for immediate forgiveness.
Months passed.
Emma returned to university, received the medical care she needed, and gradually regained her strength. Omar began spending more time with their children and learned to share the everyday responsibilities he had previously left entirely to others.
Their marriage didn’t become perfect overnight. They had difficult conversations, and Emma sometimes needed to remind him that love required respect, not obedience.
But things were changing.
One evening, almost a year later, Emma sat in the palace garden watching Adam, Mia, and Leo play.
Omar sat beside her.
“Are you happy?” he asked.
Emma smiled.
“For the first time in years, I feel like myself again.”
Omar took her hand.
“Do you ever think about having another child?”
Emma looked at him.
“Maybe someday. Maybe never.”
He smiled gently.
“Then that’s our answer.”
Emma rested her head against his shoulder.
She had once believed that becoming a sheikh’s wife meant living inside a beautiful palace where every decision had already been made for her.
But she finally understood something far more important.
The greatest gift Omar had ever given her wasn’t his wealth, his palace, or his promises. It was finally recognizing that her life belonged to her.
